When I first came to Veronika, my physical state was awful. I wasn't physically active for a few years and on top of that I had a panic disorder caused by my health anxiety. Veronika shows understanding towards my situation. She was able to tailor exercises to match my physical state/condition so I can slowly become stronger and healthier. She is friendly, keeps me motivated throughout my training sessions so that I can commit to my goal. She is also professional and shows flexibility with the hours so that if you caught a cold, you can move your training session to another day. I'm glad to have Veronika as my personal trainer and I am always looking forward to the next training session.
