About me!

Hello and Welcome!

I am Veri, and sport has always been my passion. I learned a lot about nutrition and training and realized I could take the opportunity and move my knowledge to the next level. I found great education in NFE at Keilir Academy, where I learned much more about Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Fitness, and Programme Design. In July 2021, I finished the Nordic Personal Trainer Certificate and now I am here to use all my knowledge to help you reach your goals, motivate you, and take you to the next level.
