At the first personal consultation, we set goals, determine the current condition, health status, expectations, and choose a suitable training program.

How does personal training work?

  • Warm up and activation of muscles, the main part of the exercise - according to the client's goals and then cool down and stretching.
  • Detailed explanation of all exercises and demonstration of proper technique.
  • Motivational and individual approach, training is always adapted to the health condition.
  • Explanation of the principle of exercise.
  • Weekly results check.
  • I recommend at least 2 times or better 3 times a week train with me.

In case of interest in any of my services, send me an email to personaltrainerveri@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website. Additional information will be sent to you shortly.

As soon as I receive payment for the selected plan, will be sent a detailed questionnaire with the necessary questions I need to build a meal or training plan for you.

Based on the information you'll give me I will compile a personalized plan. It usually takes me 7-14 days. We will consult together whether everything is in order and during 2-4 weeks we will check the results. Usually, everything goes according to the plans, but if not I offer a free adjustment.
