- Warm up and activation of muscles, the main part of the exercise - according to the client's goals and then cool down and stretching.

- Motivational and individual approach, training is always adapted to the health condition.

- Weekly results check.

As soon as I receive payment for the selected plan, will be sent a detailed questionnaire with the necessary questions I need to build a meal or training plan for you.
Based on the information you'll give me I will compile a personalized plan. It usually takes me 7-14 days. We will consult together whether everything is in order and during 2-4 weeks we will check the results. Usually, everything goes according to the plans, but if not I offer a free adjustment.
